Earlier this year, COMPUTD participated in CCW 2024, the international congress for innovative customer dialogue. Held live at the ECC in Berlin, this event took place from February 24th to 27th for the congress and from February 25th to 27th for the exhibition. It brought together industry leaders to share and explore the latest trends in customer service.

One of the key moments was our CEO, Marcell Igneczi, delivering a keynote on our project “Voice of the Customer” for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht.
